GOOD NEIGHBOR WEEK   - Wow, Lansing has a heart.  We asked for people to be good neighbors for a week and the response was so heartfelt. In addition to all of the good deeds we have posted on this website, we had so many who just wanted to be anonymous and in their words, “do a little something”.  To everyone who felt the tug at their heart and did a good neighbor deed – thank you.

May 1st - May 10, Great Lakes Bank held a food drive to benefit our Lansing Pantry.

May 6 - Fashionette Women's Wear  delivered treat packages to Tri-State Nursing Home

May 7th - Drivers License Mobile Unit @ Lansing Library

May 8th - Author Susan Strawn did a book signing for her book Knitting America @ the Lansing Library

May 9th - Good Neighbor Bash "A Night at the Frontier Saloon"

May 9th  & May 10th 1st Savings of Hegewsisch held a bake sale to benfit LARC. They were also a drop off point for those wishing to donate to the LARC Wish List.

May 10 - Book Sale sponsored by the Friends of the Lansing Library

May 10th Garage Sale for Mission Projects @ Lansing Presbyterian Church 2625 Ridge Road

Lansing Business Women  hosted a bingo night for the seniors at Buford Walker Senior Housing.

Brownie Troop #198 made care packages for our Lansing service men and women.

The Village of Lansing sponsored a village clean up on May 10th.

No one receives more than the person who gives!
