The Chamber is proud to announce its 43rd Annual Golf Outing was a huge success thanks to all of you! Your participation, whether it be golfing, prizes, sponsorship, dinner or any combination, made the Golf Outing a fabulous event. I truly appreciate what each of you contributed to the day!
As in the past, golfers began the day with a grilled lunch and beverages provided by Ultra Foods and beverages sponsored by Member Joan Roberts Insurance. In addition, Board Member Lynn Cartwright and Mike Winters supplied the delicious cole slaw and made the lunch taste so good!
Next golfers were provided with courtesy give aways from Cam Golf, Joe LaBella -- State Farm Insurance, Minuteman Press, Plant Keepers, Popolano's and South Suburban Heating & Air.
Once on the golf course, golfers played an 18 hole scramble, with many holes containing a game or prizes. Afterwards, golfers were treated to an hour of open bar with a fabulous steak dinner, door prizes for everyone and awards for those winning special holes. Many non-golfers, or those who were unable to break away earlier in the day, joined the golfers for drinks and dinner.
The Chamber deeply thanks each and every person whose help and support made the 2009 Golf Outing a wonderful day for all! We sincerely appreciate you and your continued support of the Chamber. We encourage everyone to frequent these local community friendly busiensses for all your needs.
